In-home daily living
Support through the parts of the day that take the most effort: getting up, meals and drinks, medication prompts, laundry, and keeping appointments and paperwork in order. Mornings and evenings are the two we are asked for most.
Most people use two or three of these together. Hours can run as a fixed weekly pattern, a short block, or occasional cover.
Every service below is delivered in the participant's own home, their local town, or wherever the day takes them across East Gippsland.

Showering, dressing, grooming, continence support, transfers and mobility assistance — delivered to the routine, order and boundaries the participant sets, with privacy treated as non-negotiable.
Getting to the things that make a week worth having — a group, a class, sport, the library, the shops, the foreshore, or a coffee with someone. We support the outing, not take it over.
Planned blocks or short-notice cover so a family carer can work, sleep, travel or attend to something else. We take a written handover so routines, preferences and triggers carry over intact.
Support to get to medical appointments, allied health, banking or family visits, including the longer trips a regional address makes unavoidable. We plan the travel time into the booking.
Cleaning, tidying, shopping, meal preparation and keeping walkways, bathrooms and equipment safe to use. We flag anything in the home that is becoming a hazard rather than working around it.
Support is agreed in writing before it starts: the tasks, the days and times, who is present, and what happens if a shift needs to change. Both sides keep a copy.
We would rather commit to fewer hours we can hold every week than to a roster that collapses in the first month.

Describe the week you are trying to make work and we will tell you which supports fit — and which ones you probably do not need.
